  • Glass: Tumbler
  • Method: Dissolve ground chilli in vodka. Shake all the ingredients with blocked ice and poour unstrained. Cap with crushed ice.
  • Ingredients:

    25ml Giffard Sugar (Gomme) Syrup
    25ml Sir Juice Pineapple Juice
    50ml Eristoff Triple Distilled Vodka
    12.5ml Giffard White Chocolate Syrup
    pinch Ground chilli
    4 Torn Mint leaves

  • Garnish: Mint sprig and red chilli
  • Notes: Spicy, fresh and laced with cacao, an educated pallate will savour this cocktail.
